The site - Coming Out Poly

Coming Out Poly began as a simple project between three people in a polyamorous relationship: document the ups and downs, the triumphs and tribulations, and give an insight into everyday life in a non-monogamous relationship. When the relationship grew, so did the need for outreach. We found ourselves wanting to learn more about the polyamorous people around us - who they were, how they lived their lives, the issues they faced. The site soon turned into a community guide and resource center for other poly people, those curious about polyamory, or those with family/friends that are poly.

We do our best to keep up to date with current poly news, trends, and happenings. Our resource list grows by the day.

The group - Young Milwaukee Poly
The Coming Out Poly group meets once monthly on the third Wednesday of the month at the Tool Shed in Milwaukee, WI.

The meeting is meant to act as a place for those in poly relationships, interested in poly relationships, or just curious about the whole concept to come and discuss it openly. We read some of the more popular books on Poly and discuss how they work to help or hinder us - individually or as a community. We also hope to host a class about the basics of polyamory. Feel free to bring any topics you'd like to discuss.
